Fantastic stay, great location!
peaceful locationgood varietylovely latte
I loved the peaceful location because it is in the middle of an open space. Sports fields, ponds and a golf course are close by. The zoo is also near the hotel. Breakfast was self-service and offered a good variety of choices. The Dolce Gusto coffee machine made a very fast and lovely latte with froth.
The window in my room was not cleaned very well. I noticed some handprints and dirt. It was a very slight issue though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit. The reception staff checked me in quickly. They answered all my questions with a smile.

The self-service breakfast had a good option of juice and tea machines. I thought that there was a continental selection. The Dolce Gusto coffee machine was AMAZING!!!

The gym has various machines and equipment for a good workout. The hotel also offers spa services for relaxation and rejuvenation. I didn't use the spa or gym during this stay.

The family room had a great layout. Bunk beds featured steps instead of ladders, it was safer for my kids. The outdoor pool was also a real highlight.
The temperature control in my room did not work. The room was very warm. I also noticed that there was nowhere to hang towels.

watery egglimited choice
i was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. i paid extra expecting a great buffet, but the scrambled eggs were quite watery. they resembled lumpy mash potato, not appealing at all. also, there weren't many of the usual breakfast extras i hoped for, like hash browns. it reminded me of choice was limited, which let breakfast down.
